Are you looking for that go to sauce, the one that you can put on, well, everything?
I have it for you, my Lemony Tahini Yogurt Sauce.
So good. I just made this the other night to drizzle on my Middle Eastern Chickpea Cakes but you can use it in so many ways – as a salad dressing, on top of a bowl, as a dip. You name it, this sauce has a use.
Tahini is traditionally used in Middle Eastern cooking. Basically, it is a sesame paste that is abundant in healthy fats and has tons of flavor. Paired with creamy good for your gut, yogurt and a touch of lemon, this sauce gives versatility a new name. It’s easy too, simply get out your mini food prep and blend away.
