Hey there! I’m Heather Carey, MS – Culinary Nutritionist, Menopause Coaching Specialist, and someone who’s been in the thick of midlife with more questions than answers.

When I hit my 40’s, I was floored by how little clear, trustworthy information existed around food, hormones, weight, and energy. The advice felt scattered. The solutions? Either unrealistic or just flat-out wrong. So I did what any nutritionist-slash-fed-up-woman would do: I dug in, learned everything I could, and started talking about it – loudly.

The Well-Nourished Woman Community is what came out of that.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or finding the “right” way to eat. It’s about real conversations, solid support, and tools that work in actual life — not just on paper.

My Story with the WNW Community

I created The Well-Nourished Woman Community because I lived the confusion – and I know I wasn’t the only one.

Perimenopause hit in my early 40s and brought a party of symptoms I wasn’t invited to. As a nutritionist and chef, I knewwhat healthy was supposed to look like. But as a woman in full-on menopause mode? My body had other plans.

I had to rewrite the rules — for eating, for energy, for feeling good in my skin. And I didn’t want to do it alone.

That’s why I built this space. For women like us who are tired of the wellness noise, done with diet culture, and ready for real support.

Inside this community, you’ll find tools that work, conversations that matter, and women who get it. Whether you’re easing in through the Midlife Lounge or diving deep in The Nourished Kitchen or VIP coaching — you’re not doing this solo anymore.

This space didn’t exist when I needed it. So I made it.
