My Story with Nourish

I created Nourish because I know firsthand how confusing and frustrating midlife changes can feel. Perimenopause barreled into my life in my early 40s and decided to stick around for a lot longer than I had anticipated. As a nutritionist and chef, I know all about eating healthy foods, weight, and health. As a woman in the throes of menopause, I was having a different story. I had to rewrite the rules of living and eating healthy and well.
