During this class, you will learn the important steps of healthy meal prep and cook a few healthful, delicious recipes with meal planning in mind. You will love knowing that healthy eating is within your reach.

A detailed equipment and shopping list will be sent to you well in advance of the class so you have plenty of time to get ready

 

3. Let’s Cook!

Before the class starts, we’ll make sure Zoom is working and together we start cooking and chatting about how to healthy meal plan

  • Our class is approximately 2 hours, on Zoom.
  • Classes are for 1-2 participants.
  • This Healthy Meal Prep Cooking Class is a combination of discussion about the easiest ways to healthy meal plan, and tasting what we talk about. Get prepared to cook and learn while having fun!
  • Dietary changes can be accommodated. The recipes are free of gluten, dairy, and any refined ingredients. Vegan, pescatarian, and/or nut-free options are available.
  • Questions about ingredients and substitutions? We can help with that too, just reach out.

For the Health Meal Prep Cooking Class we will be highlighting a few recipes that can be used in a few different ways. They are great examples of healthy meal planning. Our recipes are Pistachio Herb Crusted Chicken, a seasonal Kale Quinoa Salad and a Honey Lemon Dijon Dressing

A culinary nutritionist has dual training in both the science of clinical nutrition and the nuances of healthy eating and cooking.
