The good for you fats of avocado blend beautifully with protein rich tofu for a healthy snack. Serve with cut up carrots and red peppers.

				2 avocados, peeled and pitted 
8 ounces tofu, soft or silken
2 cloves garlic, pressed 
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
1/4 teaspoon kosher sea salt 
1/4 teaspoon chili powder 
1 small tomato, chopped			
			Instructions
1. In a blender or food processor, blend together all the ingredients expect for the tomato.
2. Place mixture in a bowl and stir in the chopped tomato.
Notes
This creamy dip uses silken tofu for a delicious, high protein vegan snack.
