Ingredients
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1 pound organic silken tofu
8 ounces dark (at least 70% dark) chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder, or more to taste
Instructions
- In a small pot, combine sugar with 1/2 cup water; bring to a strong simmer and cook until sugar is dissolved, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly.
- Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and purée until completely smooth, stopping the machine to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Divide among 4 large or 8 small ramekins and chill for at least 2-3 hours.
